Also, it said adult only on the website we booked with - there were kids everywhere. But the staff and the food were well below a 4 star. On the whole, the views, the hotel itself were great. It was just ridiculous - not worth it at all. I had to wait 15 minutes one morning for them to replace the orange juice.

They had about 3 waiters on during breakfast and the only member of staff who could be seen around the food was the one cooking eggs. I have never stayed in a hotel that had this issue. We had to be up early for breakfast every morning because if you weren’t, ALL the hot food was stone cold! Even when we were there early, it was still cold. We stayed on a B&B basis, breakfast was 8-11am. But this hotel isn’t what we expected and paid for. I really don’t get it when people complain about a stain on the floor or a hair in the shower. I am not one to make complaints, and I can hand on heart say I never have. When we tried to explain our situation, he basically disregarded everything we said and just responded very abruptly with “do what you want then”. He basically said they can’t be moved because the wheels get broken. The pool side manager was very rude when we asked if we could move a parasol because I’d been getting really bad prickly heat and needed some shade. You literally had to be up and down for 9am at the latest, despite it saying beds couldn’t be reserved, we all know everyone does it. Basically, there wasn’t enough for the sheer size of the hotel. We love lounging by the pool area when we go away, but there were lots of issues with sun loungers - lots of people complained. So one day we walked about 25 minutes to find a shop to get water. We didn’t know there was a Supermarket less than 10 mins from the hotel. There was no holiday rep to give us this either. We were not told any information about the resort and the staff were not very forthcoming with giving any information. The resort is lovely, but eating our can be expensive. It is about a 10-15 walk from the Marina where you will find different bars and restaurants of different cuisines. The location of the hotel is okay, you are towards Es Canar, basically the other end of Santa Eulalia. Very clean and the views from our sea view room were lovely - even though the room itself was quite small. My Boyfriend and I stayed here last week.
